Stamped onto every run captured while this roster is loaded. Street and
park have different tricks, so they are tuned as separate sets - set this
when the division changes, not just the rider list.
One rider per line. A line starting with Heat begins a new
heat. Leading numbers like 1. are stripped. Blank lines are
ignored. If you paste names with no heat line at all, they all go into
Heat 1.
